There's probably no one that knew that nervousness was an issue for me when performing. I had sleepless nights before an important performance. Even though it was for my peers who only wished me well. My negative, out of control thoughts could give me a mental black out: “hope I don’t say something wrong", "I hope they don’t ask me about something which I can’t answer". The training has made a big difference for me. I have learned to make room for uncertainty and nervousness in handling my thoughts and thus tell the brain what to do. It works amazingly well, and I'm not nervous in the same way anymore.
